lean started in 1998 as a specialised IT system integrator. Its consultants and system engineers brought decades of experience in building and running business-critical IT environments.
From 2008, lean combined this IT expertise with a clear focus on healthcare — and developed the first mobile power supply for IT carts based on powerful, safe LiFePO4 batteries.
Today lean develops, assembles and operates mobile and stationary IT workstations together with specialised manufacturers such as Optiplan, ZARGES, Schmitz u. Söhne, Novocal, Hinz and iTD.
Since 2024 lean has been part of the modern digital group. With it-cart.com we bring what we have learned in hospitals to every industry.
