Leasing
Lease your mobile IT workstations
A cart is rarely a single purchase: chassis, computer, power supply and accessories come together as one workstation. Leasing keeps that investment off your capital budget and turns it into a fixed monthly amount — with the same configuration, the same service and the same contacts as a purchase.
How it works
1. Configure
We put together carts, IT hardware, power supply and accessories for your workflow — exactly as we would for a purchase, including a trial unit if you want to test first.
2. Offer
Tell us the term you have in mind and the number of carts. We prepare the offer together with our leasing partners and show purchase and leasing side by side.
3. Delivery and service
We deliver the carts ready to use, commission them with your IT department and look after spare parts and on-site service — the leasing contract does not change any of that.
What you can lease
- Column and cabinet carts in every configuration
- Wall workstations, support arms and mounting accessories
- IT hardware: all-in-one panel PCs, thin clients, monitors, scanners
- LiFePO4 power supplies and accessories on the cart

When leasing is worth considering
Capital stays free
Instead of one large investment you plan a fixed monthly amount — helpful when the budget for the year is already committed.
Larger rollouts
Equipping a whole ward, line or warehouse at once becomes easier to plan financially than spreading the purchase over several years.
Technology that keeps moving
Screens, clients and batteries develop further. A defined term makes it easier to plan the next generation of equipment.
Questions about leasing
What exactly can be leased?
The complete workstation: cart, IT hardware, power supply and accessories, as well as wall workstations and support arms. We configure the same way as for a purchase — leasing only changes how it is paid for.
Who is the contract with?
The leasing contract is concluded with the leasing partner; the configuration, delivery and service stay with lean. We prepare the offer together so you get one package, not two separate projects.
Are service and spare parts included?
Service, spare parts and on-site support work exactly as they do after a purchase. They can be included in the calculation — tell us what you need and we will put it in the offer.
What happens at the end of the term?
That is set out in the leasing contract. We clarify the options with the leasing partner before you sign, so the end of the term holds no surprises.
How do I get an offer?
Send us your requirements through the contact form or by phone: intended use, number of carts and the term you have in mind. We come back with a configuration and a leasing offer.
Interested in a leasing offer?
Tell us your configuration, the number of carts and your preferred term — we will do the rest.
